General Information

Drs Marsh, Nair, Davidson and Seyfollahi work full time. Drs Humphrey, O’Neill and Otty, and Professor Delaney work part time. We work in a modern health centre with access and toilet facilities for the disabled. We maintain close contact with other members of the Primary Health Care team. The practice operates an EMIS computer and is registered under the Data Protection Act 1998. It is used for all matters relating to your health. Primary care team members have access to the clinical record as is necessary.

Please note should you need to plan ahead that you are able to make early, late or appointments in advance.

Parking

Parking is limited around the health centre due to the residents parking scheme. There are 3 disabled spaces close by and there is some limited waiting across from the nearby Job centre.
Pushchairs and prams can be locked to a railing undercover by the front door of the health centre.

Baby changing facilities

A toilet is available with a baby changing area on both floors of the health centre.

Charges

We make a charge for some non-NHS services such as Black Cab Medicals, BUPA and insurance forms. Current charges are shown in the Health Centre.

Alcohol, drug, and personal problems

All the doctors are interested in these important problems. Please do not hesitate to make an appointment to discuss them.

GP Training

We are pleased to be accredited as a GP Training practice. The GP registrar is a fully qualified doctor who has completed 3 years of hospital training and is spending the last part of their training in a general practice. As part of their training they may ask to video their consultation with you. This requires your written consent and the tape will be destroyed after short period (usually 3 months).

Medical, nursing or pharmacy students

Students may be sitting with the doctors or nurses. If you prefer to be seen alone please tell the receptionist, doctor, or nurse. This will not affect your care. A sign will be posted in the reception area if there is a student.
