Patients may request repeat prescriptions authorised on their computer list. For your safety we will ask you to see the Doctor at regular intervals. Please post or leave the computer slip at the surgery and allow 2 working days for completion. You may collect it, have it delivered to a local pharmacy after completing a form supplied by them or have it posted to you, if you supply a stamped self-addressed envelope.  You can  also request repeat prescriptions from the link on this website. Please check the website 24 hours after ordering as we will leave a message for you if we are unable to issue the prescription.
