Duty Doctor triage sessions

Urgent problems that you feel must be dealt with that day.

Face to Face Appointments

Problems, especially new ones, that need examining (including but not limited to skin rashes, joint problems, chest pain, breathlessness, abdominal pain), patients that have a number of complex health needs, newly presenting mental health problems, young children (under 5 years old), 6 weeks old baby checks, patients that feel they want a face to face appointment for any other reason.

PLEASE DO NOT ATTEND THE PRACTICE IF YOU have possible Covid19 symptoms including cough, fever, sore throat, loss of smell.

Telephone Appointments

Problems regarding follow up, ongoing care, results, discussions after hospital appointments, general advice, medication reviews, patient preference, especially useful for people who want one of our 7am to 8am ‘pre work’ slots.

Use eConsult for simple clear cut things like repeat sick notes, administrative issues. You may be asked to book a face to face or telephone appointment.
